バッテリーの旅客機搭載に関して質問です。車椅子用の非防露型バッテリーは搭載可能ですがそれ以外の用途に使用される”防露型”バッテリーは航空機に搭載可能ですか？（希硫酸を使用した防露型バッテリーや蓄電池）使用用途は、ポケットバイクやUPSに使われる蓄電池です。また、簡単に見分けるドライバッテリーとウェットバッテリーの方法や航空機に搭載可か否かのボーダーラインを教えてください。
